"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice. "

Super friendly vibes in the reception area, always people hanging out, was great for me as a solo traveler, and no issues with noise when it came time to sleep. However, the bathroom let the room down, it was mouldy in places and generally smelled damp - it simply needs a good bleach and scrub! The hotel itself was dusty everywhere, perhaps a hazard of the volcanic area, but it didn’t inspire confidence on our arrival.
