"This is a good but perhaps not five star hotel. The staff were great (especially at breakfast, which is a treat). However housekeeping couldn’t clean our room until nearly 4pm on two occasions (having been out from 10am) and the room was more 3-4 star than 5. It’s a good location though and we enjoyed our stay. If it had been rated a 4 star hotel and priced according it would be a score of 4/5. It was too expensive for what it was however. "

The location is also really convenient, as the city center was only 3-5 stops away, yet you’re able to breathe a little without being a super crowded space. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Right next to the train station that we were able to catch from the airport and also to get into Central Station in Amsterdam. So convenient!!"

"Every thing was good except the house keeping, the body wash bottle was empty, I just realized that when I went into the shower, when I asked to fill the body wash bottle it didn’t happen the next day because the house keeping staff does not understand English, I had to physically show them what to want so they understand and making the bed was horribly, I had to redo it my self."

"This hotel was really nice! Huge breakfast selection, big rooms with AC, nice and receptive staff. The street is very quiet and nice but still very close to everything."
