"Etablissement vieillot et pas entretenu .appartement sale dans lequel le menage n'avait pas ete fait ou alors c'est encore plus grave !!!! Personnel sympathique et devoue faisant apparement bien son travail au cote d'un directeur excrecrable d'une mauvaise foi extraordinaire n'ecoutant pas les doleances de sa clientele allant jusqu'a dire que ses plainres etaient fausseset mal venues au regard des longues heures queson personnel faisait ( 12) par jour et du coup c'etait a moi a comprendre et...

"Hébergement à l’arrivée correct. Une fois dans l’appartement propreté bof les ancien occupants non pas videz la cafetière qui était pleine la vaisselle pas bien nettoyée. Le lendemain des boutons partout qui démange.
Réaction allergique a dés puces ou punaise d’après les médecins.

Because the hotel is located inside the old city walls and in the old town with very narrow streets, access to it is challenging with a car. However, because I had reserved a (paid) garage parking (15 euro and well worth it for us), I could come inside the walls to drop luggage and then proceed to the garage. The very nice young woman who was in charge came (on foot) to our location outside the walls to show us how to come to the hotel and to get inside the barrier. She then went with me to...

Very helpful staff that was kind enough to wait until midnight when we finally arrived. Nice and cozy room with the most comfortable pillows and sheets I have experienced during my travels in France. Very lovely breakfast. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy stay, this is it.
