A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. "Great hotel for a short or a long stay. It has a fabulous restaurant on site and is an easy walk to the town. The lake is close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On site parking is a bonus. "
