Everything is good except for cleaning

The room was not cleaned well. There was a lot of dust on the floor and there was a vacuum cleaner in the room, and the dust can was very messy. Still, there was no strange smell in the bathroom or room. The bed mattress is very uncomfortable. There was no kitchen, it was uncomfortable because I had to use tableware and wash the dishes. Nevertheless, this stay was good because of coin laundry rooms, convenience stores, water parks, and large lawns. It was nice to have several restaurants available.

I loved how the property was a quick walk to the ski school and the slopes. There were many dining options and breakfast was served until 2pm so we could take it slow in the mornings. What I didn't like was that the room assigned to us had a dark interior and the furniture was not well-maintained. The leather chairs were already peeling. It had the overall feeling that it was old and not well-maintained

Wonderful Ski resort. I visited this place with my friends from SG and they were super satified with this place. And even think better than Ski resort from Japan they visited in Feb 23. Ski resort was well-organized and entire property (including dinning places and water park) were well maintained and renovated. They were super suprised when we discovered this place is actually over 20 years. They rent ski and ski closth as well. So you don't need to bring any heavy cloth or eqippments

The property is old and overpriced. There are many broken latches to close window doors. There is no safety lock attached to the main door. The place of shower head is so high and awkward, and nobody can use it because water came straight overhead.

No where to park Buffet was not tasty food - okay Ski staff did not know how to process a Klook voucher - took over an hour for them to figure it out Service is bare minimum Towels could have been cleaner Room was nice sized and heated floors were nice Food options were OK , not the best Overall 3.5 stars Skiing was good and night time skiing and snowboarding good . They give you 2 options ie 4 hours or 6 hours The staff at the ski shop repair was nice and refused to take our gratuity Room could have been cleaner . Size was nice . No washer dryer in condo B , but there is a communal one To be fair we also came during new year (busy)

Worst ever

Water leaking everywhere in the building. Dirty bathroom with hairs everywhere. Poor maintenance for everything. Poor arrangement of kitchen equipment. Worst accommodation ever we stayed. Nothing like photo

Poor public sanitary

Nothing impressive. Just average or below. The room wasnt clean. We could see the food particles from the previous guests and the floor was sticky. The house keeper threw our shver, tooth brush and tooth paste away. We made a report and they brought them back to us. I assumed they found them from the garage bag. We had to explain why we neeed to get new ones. They were back to us with the new ones. Well....those were sanitary items. No one wants to use the items that were thrown into the garbage bag??? I didnt need to convince them why i was to get the new ones. Butbi had to.
