"Room was comfortable but did wake to a domestic abuse in a room across the hall. It took two calls to get reception to respond. It was upsetting for my daughter. I understand that it was probably unusual but I still paid the same money."

"Staff were absolutely lovely and the room was just what we were looking for. Walking distance to everything needed and secure parking. Happily stay there again. "

"The room itself was a large space but the property is very dated and tired. It did not reflect the photos in the listing. We did enjoy the spa and pool. We would of been very disappointed if we'd paid full price. A 3 star property at best in a 5 star location. "

"A beautiful and tranquil location on Lake Rotoiti. The location is serene and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We hope to visit again another trip. The manager on duty recommended the nearby Okere Falls Cafe for a GF breakfast and it was delicious and a great start to exploring the amazing local landscape. "
