The villa is located in the Larnaca Bay Resort, which is on the first line from the sea in the most popular tourist area of the city - Dhekelia. Wide private beach is just 3-minute walk by the complex territory. At your service are a private pool, lounge area with sun loungers and BBQ facilities. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and an oven. The dining area has a large table for 8 people. Sliding doors lead out to a covered terrace where there is also a table for outdoor dining. Enjoy a magnificent Mediterranean views on surroundings from the second floor. At your disposal are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes. Double beds with orthopedic mattresses and the softest towels will provide you with a comfortable stay. The villa is equipped with 3 TVs, digital TV and high-speed free wi-fi internet, as well as air conditioning in every room. Free parking is provided on site.
