"Convenient location on Gunwharf Quays. Staff were very nice and very helpful. A shame the aircon is not working. I understand it needs repair and there is a dispute berween the hotel and Gunwharf about who is responsible for the repair. There was a some noise from nearby bars or club 'til late. Also other guests were a bit noisy returning late to their rooms. The bed was comfortable, apart from the room temperature issues! The window was locked shut so no fresh air ventilation. "

Not one member of staff failed to be positive, respectful and frankly perfect! Recommendations for evening meal and drinks were spot on. "The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."
