"Location is excellent. The pool is also fantastic just be aware there is no shallow end. Lack of A/C was a big drawback given the 30C temps. Also unfortunately they do not clean the rooms during your stay. We were there for 5 nights so the room easily got quite messy "

"I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. "A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos! "The apartment is well located, clean & comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, we happened to have joyful but noisy neighbours during our stay. With no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open which made it hard to block out the noise !!!!"

"We stayed three days and it was fine. The furnishings were basic. The property is very poorly equipped in that you need to provide your own washing up liquid, sponge, drying up towel, dishwasher tablets, loo cleaner, hand soap etc. . There is nothing to eat or drink provided by the owners - no welcome pack… first stop the supermarket. Bedding and towels are the minimum too and if I was going again, I would take my own towels. You have to pay a 500 euro deposit and clean up and remove the dirty...

"It's basic - you get what you pay for - but adequate. Situated a little bit out of things but a 10 minute walk to the small beach and two restaurants. A number 39 bus nearby to get into town, but not on a Sunday. 45 minute walk to town. Helpful staff but reception only open part time. For value for money we can recommend. "

"Very convenient for arrival by bus from Biarritz airport. Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception and everything you need is provided for a self-catered stay. The studio apartment we booked for 4 people comprised a sofa bed and bunk beds but we hadn’t anticipated a sofa bed! It was ok, just not super comfy for sleeping on for 5 nights. Air conditioning was a real blessing! Overall great value for money!"

"Excellent service from front desk (from San Sebastián) bellman (Facundo) & Clara. Property very unique design, but carpets need good steam clean. Otherwise wonderful location, nice walk to beach and town. Hotel as charming as the town -- be sure to reserve your parking spot!! They have limited space "
