"Nice little one night stopover visiting Bude. Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back. A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day. Paula the host was very helpful and friendly start to finish. Will stay again if we visit Bude again."

"Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

"Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. The water pressure and heat when trying to shower were never consistent (but usually okay). While not a comment about this hotel, know that this area doesn't have much for stuff to do. "We stayed at Waterland Farm as a family of 9 (plus 1 dog) for a long weekend break and it was brilliant. The house is very spacious with lots of facilities, including a toy room for the kids, a PS /x-box and old-school vinyl record player. The outdoor area is massive and the kids loved the football goal and playground. As it states the field isn’t secure for a dog as there are open areas but she still enjoyed a run around. Overall a great place to stay and we would return! "

"Lovely location…breakfast was very nice with good options ..we booked The Beach but were given a room at The Edge. Which is one building away…walked over for breakfast. The room was honestly so small…we had a couple of cabin bags and there wasn’t any floor space for them…no where to sit…nowhere to put anything in the bathroom…shampoo was on the floor of the shower as no shelves…felt claustrophobic in the room with a view over Sainsbury’s car park. No sound proofing …we could hear bathrooms all around. There is parking but it is tricky and we needed to pay to park at the beginning of our stay…It’s a premium price to stay here and just felt really disappointed as had been recommended by friends. Tried to take a photo to demonstrate but difficult to do in such a small space."

"Great location with awesome coastal views (although you will pay a higher room rate for that view), but a car is essential if you want to explore other parts of Cornwall during your stay. Apart from a room service pizza one evening, we opted not to eat in the hotel as we like to eat out, and there are a couple of decent pubs in the village which offer plenty of choices. Overall, a great few days break."

"Lovely and relaxing Great place for us only 6/7min. From our daughter as we came to visit We would of loved if was air-conditioning in rooms, but as we had fans in your room was very helpful in the hottest day/nights. When fans are quiet, we did have one loud fan on one occasion we stayed But overall great place brilliant breakfast & food , staff very perlite,welcoming and helpful ,views fabulous we would definitely stay again Thank you horn of plenty Mr & Mrs Matthews"

"We had a lovely time at Westbeach holidays. Yes there is a derelict building next to you but doesn’t affect your stay. The apartment was clean lovely and spacious for what we needed. Westward Ho! Is a lovely town with all the amenities you need on holiday. Beach was amazing. All we could have done with is a broom so we could clean some of the sand and dog hair up in the week. But otherwise had a lovely time.would defo be coming back."
