"We had an amazing stay at Valletta Lucente. We stayed in the Lucia room and it was very well designed and thought out. The area is very busy but we enjoyed that we could walk right out the door to many cafes and restaurants. The owners were also amazing. Our airline had lost our luggage and when it finally arrived and was going to be delivered, the courier needed to meet me with the bags since the hotel isn’t on a drivable street. "Lemon Tree is in a quiet part of Malta, which is just what we wanted, but it's easy to get to Three Cities and then the water taxi into Valetta. "The hotel is an hundreds-years old stone building with modern facilities and fine careness. The breakfast is simple but high quality, breads and pastries are right from local bakers. It is in the middle of of Malta, convient to the go west coast and middle cities by Uber."

"A disappointing apartment, certainly not worth over £110 per night. Very basic with unattractive furnishing. The advertised 'parking on site' is only 1 space for 2 apartments and was not available on our arrival - this should be made clear in the listing. There are cameras on the balcony and hot tub so we did not use either as it was so intrusive. When we arrived the bedsheets and towels smelt awful, they came to change but hardly any better.
