We stayed on the top floor, it was newly renovated with a new elevator, new jacuzzi, and modern rooms. Everything was so clean and well kept. Great location close to middle of town so all main beaches were walkable, Easy on site parking and driving right off main road so you don’t have to dodge walkers and drivers on congested tiny roads. Breakfast was great, pool was wonderful for a quick cooldown away from beach. Staff was amazing, incredibly helpfull, fully above and beyond- would absolutely stay again if I end up back in Ksamil."

"Excellent location, lovely friendly staff. Only one drawback was food was not allowed to be in the room. Also only breakfast was available in the hotel. No lunch or dinner facilities. However, an amazing hotel with incredible staff. The beach was five mins away."

"The staff and location were fantastic. Once we got our bearings, we found we were in walking distance of Sarande prominade and some beach locations. Lots of parking space. The breakfast was fine. We stayed in a room for 4 (family with older children), and it was a tad small. The shower had no curtain so you had to clean the floor afterwards. Nice big refrigerator to keep water and beverages cold. The beds were very comfortable. Some noise from the hallway or partiers, but not constant."

"The hotel is modern and well maintained with a fantastic roof terrace for meals and drinks. Quality of the menu choices was very good with reasonable prices. The bar offered amazing cocktails at excellent prices. Pool was in shade until noon and with sun beds provided which were very well cushioned. Pool towels were provided free of charge. Reception, Bar & Restaurant staff were exceptional in the service provided. The hotel is located very near the beach and bars / restaurants and shops. There is a steep but short hill road to manage when accessing from the beach road. In our opinion the hotel was very good value for money on abed and breakfast basis."
