The country cottage: with gorgeous 5 person hot tub!!

Our country cottage is very cozy and comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds the couch in the livingroom opens to a queen size bed and there is a twin rollaway in the closet and newly added 2 gorgeous hand made single daybeds in the sunroom for extra sleeping if needed. Newly added a gorgeous 16x16 cedar pavilion with a bar and a beautiful 5 person hot tub it's a wonderful place for gathering and its less then a mile from the beautiful Seneca Lake. Your close to the lake but you just far enough away from the hussle and bussle of spending the day on the lake to feel secluded, and it has everything you will need for a weekend getaway or a week vacation. All you need to do is pack a bag and stop for food. If you enjoy hiking boating kayaking swimming fishing in the summer. fall at our cottage is beautiful with all the leaves and trees changing colors or in the winter if your a hunter we are surrounded by public hunting grounds or you could do some ice fishing on the lake the list can go on and on. Or just to kick back relax and decompress, read a book or watch one of the many movies we offer. come and visit our country cottage and enjoy some quiet time or a romantic getaway or some fun adventures and make some great new memories on the beautiful seneca lake!!

What a special place we are thrilled to have stumbled across! Everything from our communication with our host to the complimentary bottle of wine & basket of snacks was wonderful. The Gathering spot with hot tub, mini fridge, cold drinks was the best we have encountered. This Host goes way above & beyond to ensure your stay is the best it can be!! We loved our weekend. We along with friends celebrated our 32 wedding anniversaries. The cottage is so cute. The hot tub was absolutely fantastic. The host provided us a nice goodies baskets and bottle of wine to help us celebrate. Would recommend this property to others.

Comfortable and clean cottage in the country. Great location near Seneca Lake park and marina. Communication and amenities provided by the owner was excellent. My 3 year old daughter can't wait to go back.

The cottage had everything you needed and much much more. Towels and bedding were exceptional, snacks and drinks provided. Very clean hot tub in a beautiful private gazebo. Nice fire pit. And finally, great hiking trails nearby like Piatt Park Gorge and Raven Rocks.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Montgomery Cottage. We had everything we needed and more. Rebecca went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We did not have great cell phone reception, but the 200+ DVD collection and games kept my teenagers occupied at night.

The property was beautiful. The house was super clean and smelled so good. Rebecca is a great hostess and not only did she leave us wine and a gift basket of snacks but she also baked cookies! The cottage was very inviting and comfortable. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need! We arrived to see a basket full of snacks and a bottle of wine chilled for us to enjoy. That was a nice surprise after a 4 hour drive! We will for sure be back! :)

This place is simply amazing. Everything about our stay was perfect. Rebecca answered each and every question I had no matter how crazy they seemed. The home was spotless and very well organized with everything we could need. The grounds were equally as nice. Even though this property is surrounded by trees, and we stayed in the autumn, the yard was completely cleared of leaves. Our family only does this trip once a year so I'm already looking forward to next November. Thanks so much.

First and foremost, the host is incredibly considerate. Before arriving, she was in constant contact and answered all questions/concerned very quickly. Once we arrived, she had more than enough drinks inside and out by the hot tub. She had also provided snacks in the dining room. The cottage was done very well and had a real nice country feel to it. Tho we spent more time outside enjoying the sounds of nature and the occasional rabbit or hummingbird that stopped by. The pavilion with the hot tub was very relaxing and very enjoyable even while it rained. After a long day of exploring, we were able to unwind in the hot tub with the radio turned on and drinks in the fridge. The only minor issues are how close it is to the road, although the rode does not have heavy traffic and while in the hot tub, you don't even notice. And to get to the second bedroom, you have to go thru the first. Neither of those will prevent us from staying here again and we are all looking forward to enjoying this cottage for an even longer stay next time. Thanks again Rebecca for the amazing cottage and your wonderful hospitality.
