"The apartment was all you could ask for... The air conditioning worked amazingly well which was great because it was very hot and humid. Anna & her husband provided us with some food and drink too which was very kind of them. The balconies and rooftop offered amazing views, especially for the holiday fireworks. This was my third stay in Forio - my family's first time in Ischia - and we would absolutely return to Anna's in the future."

"Unfortunately the room was quite different from our expectations. Pictures on expedia look much better compared to the property itself in the reality. The outdoor was very poor maintened, dirty and messy. The furniture inside the room was very basic, an old wardrobe that smelled bad, a basic bed and a sofa with a cover on it. "Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful with maps of Naples and getting us transported. Restaurant/bar staff were great and accommodating of our large group who decided to have dinner there. Food was great…drinks were better!"

The only letdown is the location - not in an ideal place, a bit rundown and a 15 mins walk from the closest train/metro which to walk to isn't the most enjoyable. Probably an excellent spot if you rent a car, but public transport is lacking."

"The hotel seems to be new so it’s clean and well maintained. It smelled good. Rooms are small but nice. Close to the airport so that was a plus for an early flight. They helped up schedule a taxi for our early flight. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Couldn’t check in early but that’s standard. A little ways from the city center so you’ll need a taxi. Public transport is not easily accessible in my opinion. Overall great hotel and location."

"Hotel was excellent . Well maintained and very comfortable . Hotel staff at front desk was excellent . Lounge (bar) gentlemen not so nice . Rooms were very comfortable but wash rags were not replaced the next day and shower head sprayed everywhere as did lotion container . Location was great ."
