"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was small but mighty! All members of staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a very tasty and filling breakfast in the morning. Check-in and check-out were all completed via a text message. Very easy and convenient. A thumbs up all round. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. "Gorgeous lodge that is really remote that it feels like a little private area. Very clean, close to other food places. Hot tub so lovely and warm. Nicely fenced off or closed off with hedges."

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again."

"All of the above I was particularly impressed that when I asked about getting a taxi to a concert about 6 miles away that the staff gave me the number for a shuttle bus that would pick us up from the pub and take us to the concert and bring us back again so that was a huge surprise and a really big help"
