For the price it was amazing. Just remember to ask the front desk if you want housekeeping during your stay, as they don’t do it automatically. Very pleasant staff, and although it was a busier place due to the triathlon over the weekend, it was quiet and a very comfortable stay

Rooms are not that clean. Pool is dirty and bricks are loose around the edge of the pool. Park is great and it is a good location. We were there for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. There is a lifeguard at the pool which is great.

Room was switched because AC didn't not work. Staff were great and did not hesitate to give us a new room. Overall nice hotel and would stay again. We didn't use pool but went in area to check out the cool birds around the pool in cages.

The location was great and very convenient, close to everything we needed. However, the hotel itself was very outdated and unfortunately not very clean. We were also not given the room we had originally booked. Thankfully, we were able to contact Expedia and eventually get the correct room. Overall, the location was the best part of our stay, but the hotel did not meet our expectations.

Location easy to get to with parking and access to restaurants. Room was clean and has had partial renovations done. (New counter tops on old cabinets, new wall paper and tub surround, Old fixture and wonky tub with no safety bars, new flooring) Air Condition was not working room was 27*C . One of the beds needs replacing.

Great location but the hotel is very run down. Very unsafe getting in and out of the pool/hot tub as the stairs were not anchored properly. The whole building was very hot and sticky as there is no AC. The room did have it but it was very old and loud, we woke up every time it clicked in. Some updates have been done in the bathroom but the floor was all chipped and we needed to put towels down to stop ourselves from getting cuts. The staff was friendly. We would not stay here again, quite disappointed.

Great location. Restaurants are walking distance to the hotel. Plenty of outdoor parking spaces. Very close to Montmorency Falls and Old Quebec City. However, it is in desperate need of renovation. From the lobby, the room and the pool area. We stayed for 2 nights, we asked for room cleaning and nobody showed up to clean it. The shower curtain was ripped. No microwave in the room. Only one microwave is located in the lobby. The room door needs to be pulled or pushed to make sure it is locked.

The location of this hotel was excellent for our needs. Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff was very nice and our check in was quick and positive. This was not a top end hotel. We were staying one night. It was clean and that is the most important thing to me. We did not have any soap for the sink and had to use the shampoo/body wash in the tub for washing our hands. Not the end of the world. I would not recommend this hotel for seniors as there were not safety bars or rails in the bathroom and the toilet was very low making it difficult for a senior to maneuver.
