My stay was great the staff was very friendly , especially Alan in the front desk he was extremely kind and helped us with recommendations where yo eat or visit. The hotel has an excellent location, if you pay a very convenience fee you have access to a daily coffee lounge with delicious pastries and coffee, that will male you save money especially for breakfast. The hotel need an update that is why I didn’t give 5 stars.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, modern, clean, quiet, and close to shops and restaurants. Exterior heated pool in a winter setting a very nice bonus. Interior parking very handy and safe. Staff was very polite and eager to help. Had dinner at the Bistro restaurant, excellent food, and service. Our stay was for three nights for Christmas shopping and visiting the sights of this beautiful city. Absolutely no regrets! Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The pool area needs a better layout for belongings, getting dried off and a washroom. Breakfast buffet was OK. No variety day to day, and food was not very warm. Staff could barely keep the pantry stocked with snacks and drinks — seems the entire hotel had access to the pantry and there often wasn’t much selection. People were making and eating breakfast in the pantry, making it very congested.

The hotel location was very good, 15-20 mins walk to Old Quebec but closer to the hotel there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, very nice. Hotel carpet looks very old though, that's what i disliked the most from the hotel

The hotel was under construction and our room felt a bit old. We also heard a lot of strange noises at night, so earplugs are recommended. That said, the price was fair, and the big plus is definitely the location.

Great location walkable to many attractions. Rooms should have a safe in them. Rooms need better cleaning between guest found hair from pervious guest. Comfortable beds and pillows. Desk staff made a mistake and charged my card for the entire stay after i told her i had a reservation with Expedia. That was quickly resolved. You have to take one elevator to the 3rd floor to get on another elevator to go on to higher floors. Elevators are slow.

The Delta is an interesting hotel. Its interior architecture has a distinctly 70s vibe. Elevators and narrow escalators take you from the first, second and third floors, with separate elevators for fourth floors and higher (good security). Nespresso coffee machines in hotel rooms, which are renovated and spacious. I was given extra Nespresso pods, which I appreciate. The highlight was the outdoor pool, which was heated.
