The loft was as advertised, we had a great stay. Though, we had moderate issues getting in and out of the parking lot, one night the gate wouldn't lower when using the access remote. We tried reaching the number provided but no one answered after several calls, leaving us to get an Uber to make our dinner reservation on time. Outside of that incident the stay was great, the loft was clean and had ample light. Great location for Old Quebec City activities.

The property is not manned, self check in. I did send a message days in advance but my question was not answered. There was “stuff” left by the previous guest that was not cleared out by the cleaning staff…makes me wonder if the place was cleaned properly. All the amenities were there and close to shops and restaurants.

Decently located to a few bus stops, and about a 10 minute walk to the outer wall. The suite itself was a good size and it was nice to have air conditioner condtioning, laundry and a full kitchen, and entry was straightforward, with good communication via messaging from staff. However the cleanliness was not the best, with hairs in the bedding and in the dryer. The floors were not very clean especially in the bathroom and the baseboards were dirty.

I cannot begin to describe how incredible our stay was. The area was very close to all the action, the room was much bigger than we could’ve anticipated, it was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the staff were very helpful. For anyone staying in Quebec City, I would 100% recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Great place with small kitchen that was fully equipped. Room was much smaller than we expected and “king size bed” felt more like a queen. The parking rate was good and also available parking on street was easy and reasonable. The instructions to get into the property and retrieve our key was clear and easy. They also were able to let us in a bit early which was nice. Also very responsive when we needed anything. Overall would recommend.
