We were two adults for a three night stay. Our room was beautiful, squeaky clean and charmingly Quebecois. The location couldn't have been better and the parking garage next door made it very convenient as parking in this area is extremely challenging. The check in host does double duty as the coffee shop staff. Each of the ones we dealt with was pleasant and knowledgable. We would happily stay here again.

The location is perfectly set in Old Quebec city. Do not let the unassuming exterior fool you. The rooms are magnificent. A cross between old stone walls and modern features make for a wonderful experience. We stayed in the very bottom floor, and loved it. Our room was huge. Everything was extremely clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The staff at the checkin desk are all bilingual. We felt the price for the level of accommodation and location, at the beginning of tourist season, was excellent. The only negatives were not enough hooks for towels and 1 ply toilet paper, which frankly are hardly worth noting.

4 days ago on Google The hotel is super well situated, two doors from the chateaua and a minute away from where most tours meet. It’s historical and at the same time feels very modern with great updated facility. I love the tall ceiling and tall windows, and how spacious an quiet it is.
