Great hotel for the family. Historic building but with modern rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location can’t be beat. You are steps away from everything Old Quebec has to offer. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again.

This is a fantastic location! Rooms were very modern and clean. Right next to the Hotel Frontenac. Easy access to old Quebec and everything that it offers. We had a street front room and it was still extremely quiet. a wonderful place to stay.

They listed the room as a 3 bed room, but it was 1 king and 1 sofa bed. Also, the power sockets by the bedside did not work. Otherwise, was a nice and clean hotel in the heart of the action right next door to the Chateau Frontenac. Would recommend.

A beautiful front yard with chairs to sit and enjoy a drink or people watching. A nice cafe for coffee, drinks or ice cream. In the studio room we had an induction hot plate with a pan and pot for cooking. A bar fridge (no freezer) for some groceries. Eating in saved a ton of money (get groceries before entering old town as selection is limited and pricey within). Loved the history and charm of the place and location. Free laundry room available for tenants was a great perk!

Absolutely awesome, Simon and Sebastian were extremely helpful and convivial. They made our stay most welcoming. The best location right beside the Fairmont and across the street form a great restaurant called the Continental with very fine delivery and old work showmanship with a good menu. Steps from everything at a reasonable price. Previously the British Embassy, very modern and old at the same time.

We were two adults for a three night stay. Our room was beautiful, squeaky clean and charmingly Quebecois. The location couldn't have been better and the parking garage next door made it very convenient as parking in this area is extremely challenging. The check in host does double duty as the coffee shop staff. Each of the ones we dealt with was pleasant and knowledgable. We would happily stay here again.

Nice large room and good bedding. Very helpful communication and help at check in. Only negative was barn door on the bathroom that did not fit allowing no privacy and not great sound proofing from above. The decor in the room was great and the doors on the closet and entry were lovely.

Very spacious, amenities are basic - no streaming app on tv, toilet paper and facial tissue is very thin. Good a/c. Room is modern. Very close to a lot of touristy spots. The front receptionist are friendly and nice. They even booked taxi for us. Will definitely recommend.
