"Great spot for Quebec with kids! Local to everything you want to see in the old part of city and the pool is great. It has a hydro therapy (sauna and cold bath) which is lovely and the indoor pool is perfect for people with kids for some down time."

"The hotel seems to be under repair and upgrade Perhaps a discounted rate would be appropriate during this time 2 elevators were not in use during our stay Its a bit of an inconvenience when one elevator starts on the 3rd floor and only one elevator from the 1st to the 3rd floor You must play a game of switching elevators to get to your room each time "

"I had a slight issue where the mini split air conditioning/heating unit fan wasn't working no matter what you had it set to, and it seemed that the heating for the entire building was set high, so it got a bit too toasty for me in the room, i did have to open a window slightly overnight in order to not sweat. Also the fan in the bathroom was not working. Advised the team on the way out. But otherwise the rest of the place was immaculate. Seriously despite the two main issues i loved the place and definitely will come back if the price is right. Parking is a nightmare, but that's expected. Highly recommend!"
