"It was an enjoyable stay. I felt the hotel was older and may have needed some cosmetic improvements, but yet for what it was -it was very clean, beds were comfortable. It was a very quiet evening. There were some things that could've been improved for the breakfast such as just salt and pepper and a few more amenities. It was a very basic breakfast, but it still filled us up and got us back on the road. Condition "

"Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing regarding my recent stay at Quality Inn Blythe I -10 booked through Expedia. At the time of booking, we requested a crib for our infant. This request was part of the essential accommodations for our child. Upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel that they do not have a crib. The extra bed offered was unsafe for an infant, making it impossible for us to stay in the room. The hotel claims that they communicated with Expedia regarding the unavailability of the crib; however, we never received any notification of this issue. As a result, we were forced to secure alternative accommodation at another hotel to ensure our infant’s safety. The failure to provide a crib and to notify us in advance constitutes a clear hotel-side failure and a failure in communication from Expedia as the booking agent. Providing a room or an extra bed that is unsafe does not meet the essential accommodations we requested. We therefore request a full, penalty-free refund for this booking. "

"I did not realize the upper bedrooms had very little ceiling space so it was a bit tough for my 6ft son to navigate that sleeping area, especially since he had hurt one of his knees. Hard to crawl around and he was not able to sit up in bed. I was also disappointed we could not get any of the Olympic games on the TV. Maybe I just did not know how to operate it for local stations. It was clean and well stocked for our stay and if it was just my husband and I staying I would rent it again. "

"At check-in, the staff scolded me for booking through Expedia instead of calling them directly. They warned me not to leave a negative review and said the towels are brown because of bad water. They tried to rope me into a marketing scheme to tell my friends about their hotel. They re-used the card envelope which was filthy and had an old WIFI password scratched out. Room was funky and many things were lopsided- wind blowing through gaps in door, and messy caulking and poor craftsmanship on repairs throughout the room. The lobby was filled with their personal junk and it was gross. What a mistake to stay here. "
