"We were fortunate to be upgraded to the deluxe "cabins" at the top of the property but were also very pleased with the rafting trip and staff at the center. The restaurant at the river was very good and a great convenience as we dined there all three nights of our stay. The prices there were very reasonable for dinner. The train trip offered at Bryson City was excellent and about a 20 minute drive to reach."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I just stayed for 6 nights. Well we absolutely loved the cabin. Usually when we vacation in the mountains, we’re always out and about, but there was something about this cabin that made use of just want to hang around and drink coffee on the porch looking at the beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was great. Every thing you’d need for a great vacation. Will definitely be booking this cabin again. Hopefully soon. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. A must stay. Great location."

"This cabin is in the woods, on a hill, very secluded and quiet. I’m glad it was only my husband and myself, because one of the 2 beds was a full, not big enough for 2 adults. A queen bed would fit, and be better for 2 couples. The Lake’s End restaurant was a 10 minute drive and had all you can eat catfish on Friday nights, prime rib on Saturday nights. Although it is a ’dry county’, you are allowed to take your alcoholic beverage in for dinner. Grocery is further away, so stop and get what you need before you get to the cabin. The cabin is fully equipped for cooking, big screen television, and nice big porch. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you, hosts, for a great, comfortable weekend stay!"
