"Would definitely stay again. The rooms were more spacious than we expected and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and answered our questions without showing any signs of annoyance. Anthony, aka Jake, deserves an A+, as he was wonderful and so was Eleni. The walk to the subway goes through sketchy areas, but we had no problems, and the subway was easy to navigate to our destinations. Jake gives excellent directions too and never seemed bothered. Additionally, although I cannot recall his name, the daytime security guard was also quite helpful, as he provided me with ice on a daily basis and never appeared to be annoyed."
