"Outstanding property with easy access and great communication beforehand. The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. "The chalet was perfect for us very clean. Everything you could possibly need. The location was absolutely beautiful so quiet and the nature around us was fantastic. Would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again in the future."

"The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available."

"A brilliant cottage perfect for what we wanted very modern, clean, private, felt like home! It was really nice to get back to the cottage after a long day of walking and site seeing. Really easy to find using a sat nav and no trouble with the country roads or conditions of the roads to get there as seen in another review so don’t let that put you off booking! Nice little bonus of milk and cookies on arrival which was great as we arrived quite late without supplies so could still have a cuppa...

"Would definitely go again but would avoid the ground floor 1 bed lodges due to noise from the accommodation above. Bathrooms require a privacy blind, especially at night."
