Perfect for 2-12 guests with AMAZING VIEWS!

Our family love staying at Cartref. Light and airy with big views, balcony off the kitchen, BBQ watching the sun go down or a short walk to town with its many wonderful restaurants, live music and clubs.... so much to do... Queenstown is the ultimate is a holiday destination, whether bungi jumping, mountain biking and jet boating are you thing or chilling with a book and a wine on the deck, there is something for everyone - all year round, young and old.
Our house is 30 minutes from Coronet Peak ski resort and 45 from the iconic Remarkables, close to all amenities, supermarkets restaurants and shops, Cartref is situated in a cul de sac at the bottom of Bob's Peak amongst some of the original baches of Queenstown. Biking and walking tracks to Ben Lomond start at the end of the road
Special conditions:
Whereas it is a house for groups and it is a fun house in a fun place. It is not a house for partying all night in as it is in a residential area with neighbours who work 24/7 - and who we have to get on with!
So we ask that you respect this and keep noise down after 10pm.

Pets and children are very welcome however the property is not fully fenced so they need to be monitored.

The home is close to town, clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. The views from the living room are breathtaking and the first two mornings of our stay, a pair of Tuis came to the tree at the edge of the deck for their morning conversation.

Wonderful house

What a great spot. Quiet neighbourhood, close to town, well kitted out with quality things. Had an absolute blast there with a group of 8. Plenty of space. Highly recommend and would love to come back

Great Queenstown stopover.

Handy to the centre of Queenstown. Beautiful views. Very well stocked. We were a group of six with plenty of rooms. Lots of kitchen equipment to cook a meal. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for making it so comfortable.

We had a great time staying here. Great location and views! With everything you need. Highly recommend for a large group. It is just good to note however that in half of the garage I think they run a laundry service? So there will be people on the property. Just gave me a bit of a fright when I saw someone I didn’t know in there! Other than that it is perfect. Thanks for having us stay

Perfect for large group

We had a great stay here - we had 3 families with 2 kids each and all fit in snugly with one family sharing a bunk room. Beautiful view from the main room and the balcony and a short walk into Queenstown. My only disappointment was no fireplace but we knew there wasn’t one and it was incredibly warm and cosy inside. Kitchen very well equipped except for only one chopping board. Would definitely stay here again!
