"Everything was 5 stars!!! Belen and all cleaning g team were so nice and very helpful!!! We really love it!!!❤️"

"I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service. Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h. The door was closed and no one was there during this...

"The location is amazing and it's best feature alongside the newly renovated lobby and public spaces."

"It is the one of the biggest and luxurious hotels of the region."

"Cleam rooms. Nice restaurant in property"

The hotel is located at the top of the hill above the Alhambra so walking to other areas in the city was a bit of a journey, and the return trip is a climb. But the walk is beautiful. For those who do not want to walk, there is a convenient taxi...
