Very convenient location to the public transportation to Strasbourg.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Great location

We arrived very late, and the clerk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant.

We stayed during our visit to Strasbourg Christmas Markets early December. The hotel is very clean, and across the street from Tram D station which take you to the main attractions in Strasbourg in less than 20 minutes. That was the big plus for us. The breakfast buffet has a large variety (In my case, I would request to add Decaf coffee to the list). Check in and check out is all digital, but there is someone at the front desk most of the time. The room was very clean, new property. There is a tram which directly goes to Strasbourg in walking distance and supermarkets around as well. We stayed for 3 nights, I would highly recommend!

Luckily arrived 8 minutes before staff fled so we were able to get code. Bed was comfortable, parking was ample, shower was great. Not within walking distance of anything. Concrete benches to sit outside but that is all.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Good amenities, ac is comfortable, shower is nice, reception is kind and considerate.

Staff at this hotel are friendly. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast. Pastries, lunch meat cuts and cheese. The coffee machine could make lattes and espresso in addition to regular coffee. The elevators were both out of service on Sunday when we left, only one was working our entire stay. Location is prime for train travel.

Breakfast was good, and the property is close to a lot of industry in the area.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful breakfast each morning, really enjoyed the staff and our 4-day stay. Highly recommend.

After taking walking tours for eight days, we were pretty tired and our feet were sore. Being able to sit back in the pool/spa was a welcome relief. The hotel included spa robes and slippers which greatly enhanced the experience. It was worth every penny to stay there!

It was very easy to check in and out and it was located right by a bus station which made it easy to commute around during our stay!
