"Second weekend staying here and highly recommended. Staff are great, rooms are fabulous. My only complaint is the tv logs off every time you leave the room so you need to reset it to the likes of you tune and what you were watching every time which was time consuming! "

"First of all, we really enjoyed where this hotel was located. It was within the city walls and a quick walk to anything we wanted to go to. We went on a beautiful walk around the walls one morning. The room itself was pretty spacious for three people and well taken care of. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, they parked our car during our stay, helped us to our room, and gave wonderful recommendations. Their breakfast was delicious and provided a wide selection as well and they also provided snacks during the day in the lobby, including beer and prosecco which was an added bonus. Overall really enjoyed our stay here!"

"A beautiful and luxurious hotel over looking picturesque Portovenere harbour. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Amazing buffet breakfast, meals and bar. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend this hotel to use as your base to explore Cinque Terre region. You can access the villages by ferry from front of hotel or by train from La Spezia."
