"The house is very distinctive. It is just off the main (but quiet) road, so easy to find. The owner's house is across from it. The view is excellent, you are not overlooked at the back of the house and you have access to the farmland. There are a number of very nice walks - the late summer skies over the ripening orchards were just beautiful. The house is well featured, with everything reasonably provided for (including a kettle and coffee machine & percolator). Aircon is provided in the living...

"Een prachtige plek in de natuur, waar je heerlijk tot rust kan komen en naar de sterren kunt kijken. Het huis was netjes en goed uitgerust. Het zwembad en de talrijke schaduwplekjes waren heel fijn tijdens de hittegolf. Prettig was ook dat er voldoende zonnestoelen waren voor iedereen om relaxed boekjes in te kunnen lezen. Het dorp met basisvoorzieningen is dichtbij. Prettig was ook de welkome ontvangst en goede zorgen van de vader van de eigenaar. Zeker een aanrader!"

"We booked this property as a girl holiday getaway for my 40th birthday celebrations. Overall we had a nice stay and found the location great to be able to visit some really stunning towns and villages nearby including Dome, Rocamadour and also had the opportunity to do cannoing in the Dordogne river as it’s such a great spot for it. In terms of the house itself, it had the main things we wanted but I wish the outside area by the pool would have had more greenery or at least a bit of grass....

"Nous avons passé quinze jours magnifiques dans cette maison agréable et propre entourée par son jardin qui offre plein de petits coins ombrés. La piscine était impeccable à notre arrivée et demande un peu d'entretien, mais absolument pas trop ! Elle nous a parfaitement rafraîchis pendant les jours où les températures montaient... Fabienne nous a très bien accueilli. Son mari et lui ont été très serviables et gentils. Un logement à recommander !"

"Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille avec des enfants/ados chez Olivier en Août. La maison est très agréable à vivre, très bien meublée et équipée, literie au top. La campagne environnante est très calme et magnifique. Nous y étions pendant la semaine chaude en août, les murs de pierre, la redescente importante des température pendant la nuit et la piscine nous ont permis de passer cette période sans la subir. "Le séjour dans la maison c’est parfaitement déroulé. La maison est pratique, récente et bien pensée pour un séjour en famille. Proche du centre ville de Prayssac ou la ville offre un cadre sympa : restaurants, commerces… La communication avec les propriétaires se fait de façon simple."

"Bon séjour, bonne communication avec le propriétaire des lieux, maison spacieuse pour 11 personnes ! Manque de propreté en général ! Araignées...fourmis...protéges matelas et oreillers douteux ! Dysfonctionnement des deux chasses d eau ! Malgré ce manque de propreté , la maison est adaptée pour un séjour famille ou amis au calme dans un environnement agréable ! Le plus ...un barbecue !"

"Tres bon accueil. A cet epoque il fait froid la nuit. Le chauffage par clim au plafond peut deranger certains. Isolation simple vitrage. Quand l été sera là, la clim sera bien pour rafraichir. Tres belle region."
