La estancia cumple su función si buscas algo para dormir, la ubicación está buena céntrica y hay muchos bares y restaurantes cercas! La cama básica, no tan cómoda pero el lugar está limpio y el personal súper amable!

Hotel inservible deben sacarlo de la plataforma

Muy mal servicio cuando llegamos no habia nadie que nos atendiera, nos habría un chico de mantenimiento nos tuvieron esperando y nos dieron una habitación sucia y nunca hubo nadie en recepción en la noche se estuvo llenado la luz y exigimos nos cambiaran a hotel que pertenecía al mismo dueño y nunca hubo un responsable que diera la cara la persona ni a que nos ayudó fue la recepcionista del otro hotel y hasta ahora nadie nos a respondido para emitir la factura pues no contestan el teléfono ni el WhatsApp

La ubicación es excelente pero necesita renovar sus instalaciones. El personal amable pero no resuelve. El control remoto nunca ufncionó a pesar de que me lo cambiaron. Hace falta mobiliario y cambiar los focos por otros de mayor capacidad. Bueno para pasar una noche únicamente. Es una pena porque está en una zona llena e tiendas, restaurantes y muy cerca del centro caminando. Le hace mucha falta un estacionamiento o por lo menos trabajr en combinación con los que están cerca para ofrecer a sus huéspedes una tarifa preferente.
