The staff are the only reason this place stays open. They are lovely. The amenities are not. Wait…what amenities? Claimed to provide free breakfast. That’s untrue. Only one free breakfast. You have to give them the ticket from check in. Food not worth returning for. Claimed to have an iron/ironing board. Nope. No vending. No ice. Pool? Yes. Freezing & no staff. Literally it was just a place for staff to hang out. Website says “pool bar” is open until 11pm. Sign on door says 9-9. I went up several days & never saw someone behind the bar. Like I said…lovely people work here. It’s clean & the only reason I didn’t make a fuss is because I wasn’t in Queretaro to stay in a hotel room. I was out seeing the beautiful city.

tiene estacionamiento y el hotel está muy cerca de la zona centro la habitación está limpia buen tamaño para una pareja, algo que también nos asustó fue que incluye el desayuno eso me agradó mucho en lo personal porque luego no sabes qué comer en la calle

Nos gustó mucho el área de la alberca, ya que como está me el centro tiene una vista muy linda, el futbolito les gustó mucho a mis hijos. La habitación tiene balcón igual con linda vista y en general estaba todo limpio. El área del restaurante fue muy variada y nos gustó el menú, sin embargo la persona que preparaba los omelettes necesita un poco más de atención al cliente.

The hotel itself was very nice. Full breakfast every morning and nice rooftop deck. However, we only had hot water for showers on an intermittent basis. Also, we decided to check out 2 days early and they would not refund anything for those days.

El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, la atebción del personal es muy buena, y aunque el hotel no es muy grande, tiene las comodidades necesarias, como estacionamiento, alberca, y restaurante. Muy cerca de amenidades, farmacias, y es totalmente seguro. Sin embargo algunos detalles de limpieza en las alfombras, y el otro tema es la privacidad de los baños, es un poco incómodo para los huéspedes el no tener privacidad para ducharse, y que el baño cuenta con un sensor que se apaga a los 5 segundos, lo que hace que sea incómodo estarse moviendo para que no se apague.

We loved the staff, very friendly even though could not help us getting cash late hours due to not having enough cash or an atm inside the hotel. clean room, just a little inconvenience with the actual toilet area ( too narrow ) other than that the rest is great, the food great as well. Thank you ! Gracias Queretaro our future home very soon.
