+ Hércules 7 edificio se encuentra situado en una colonia residencial muy cerca de los Arcos, te garantizamos que se podrá sentir una tranquilidad en sus calles no dejando atrás la seguridad del lugar. No tendrás que preocuparte si decides salir a caminar, correr o visitar todos los comercios que están alrededor. El edificio residencial se encuentra con acceso privado. A unas cuantas cuadras de centros comerciales, restaurantes, escuelas.

+ El tranquilo distrito residencial de Hércules está ubicado muy cerca de los Arcos de Querétaro y gira en torno a la cervecería Cervecera Hércules que cuenta con visitas guiadas y un animado patio cervecero. La plaza Bicentenario tiene un pabellón sencillo y murales coloridos, y las paredes de muchos edificios locales están cubiertas con arte callejero. Otras atracciones incluyen la vistosa iglesia Purísima Concepción Hércules, construida en el siglo XX, y los puestos informales de comida sobre la avenida Hércules, que sirven tacos y otras comidas locales sin olvidar de sus tradicionales y famosas nieves de garrafa y el festival de Barbacoa.



Getting Around:

+ La ventaja de la cercanía con las principales avenidas de la ciudad, hace que puedas encontrar avenidas cercanas en caso de que quieras acercarte a pedir un coche de sitio o esperar tu vehículo bajo aplicación. El vecindario cuenta con avenidas que permiten el acceso y retorno de cualquier vehículo.

+ Muy cerca tendrás diversos comercios que te harán sentir como en Casa, como farmacias, Oxxo, plaza comerciales, tintorerías, peluquerías, restaurantes, etc.

En +MS MASSUITES damos mucha importancia a la higiene del departamento es por ello que se utiliza una máquina generadora de ozono, es una herramienta utilizada en nuestros espacios como un instrumento adicional de sanitización y limpieza profunda. Esta generación de ozono permite eliminar totalmente olores, bacterias y virus.

Además se hace desinfección extra de los puntos de alto contacto como apagadores, agarraderas, jaladeras, botones, controles remotos etc.

Toda la ropa de cama y toallas pasan por un proceso de lavado a altas temperaturas con productos de primera calidad cumpliendo altos estándares de limpieza para que te sientas como en casa.

Stayed for about a week over New Years and the overall experience was very good. Paty, the property manager, was great and responded very quickly to all requests. The loft is modern, safe and well kept. It is a really nice place. It's an easy walk to the historic center of town which is filled with great sights and restaurants. The only suggestions I have, would be for a few more towels in the kitchen as well as the bathroom and a larger hot water heater. The hot water ran out quickly when taking a shower and it could be problematic for say a couple. The road out front is rather busy, but quiets down in the evening. I would have no problems staying here again though or recommending it to others. It's a nice place!
