Enchanting colonial building in excellent location in the very center of the historical district, probably once the palace of a noble family. The suite was large and spacious, with exposed wood beams and fifteen-foot ceiling. Good bathroom facilities, but inconsistent hot water. We were disappointed in the continental breakfast. However, there are breakfast cafés right next door and around the corner. The room with balcony over-looking a church plaza with active street life below makes for a great stay convenient to multiple restaurants, crafts shops, cafés, museums and colonial churches.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay.The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, with stunning grounds that truly make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The amenities and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Querétaro.

Great centro histórico location

Great location and easy access to walk around town. Our room had a problem with the shower, couldn’t get the hot water to come on. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.

Hotel’s location is great! However, there are many things that stood up for example, the bed sheets were way too old and torn, hot water would barely come out, room 202 smells like the cooking oil from the business downstairs.

Very pretty hotel, nice architectural details. Needs some upgrading. AC stopped working in the middle of the night, next morning after we told them, it was quickly fixed. Personal very friendly and helpful.

Great location! But this property needs maintenance. From the toilet to a/c, no hot water, TV not working, which didn’t mind that part since we were not in the room much. Stains all over the towels and sheets.

Great location.

Excellent location. A little noisy but expected that with location. Rooms ample & well appointed. We had a problem with water pressure in sink that was reported three times without resolution. There was also odor coming from under the wardrobe that could not be identified. Lobby staff not friendly or helpful. No one to assist with bags up stairs on arrival or departure.

If I could I would leave a 0 star rating for everything this is the worst hotel you can possible stay, lack of safety when people tried to enter our room, lack of accountability from the property and lack of accountability also from Expedia when I asked for a refund after having to leave after 1 night of 3 night stay. Ridiculous this hotel is even open

Excellent location in the center of Querétaro; you can walk around the area peacefully. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the reception staff are very friendly and attentive. P.S. The complimentary morning coffee deserves an honorable mention. I definitely recommend it 100% and will be back soon.
