"Beautiful old half-timbered auberge in a small town, with a delightful aspect. The owner, Tina, was very attentive, friendly and helpful - from local sightseeing recommendations to a lovely breakfast with locally sourced items. Bed was comfortable, good shower, rooms were spacious - for a building of this age - and parking was on site and easy. If you like the photos, it definitely looks like them, and I would heartily recommend."

"The room had clean sheets but the top throw had holes in it and didn’t look that clean. The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. The toilet that was working had a very dirty floor and there was no sink or soap anywhere to was your hands. I decided that showering was not an option as that was dirty too. "This rates as one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Located in the very center of the old city. Walking distance to everything. Secure onsite parking, spacious modern room and a very large enclosed shower. The double bed was wonderful- not two twins pushed together like so often the case. I would highly recommend!"

"I have stayed at this location twice, because I was so impressed I came back. The location is impeccable and it is a joy to be right near the cathedral. Staff are lovely and very helpful, and they also have a wonderful aselection of wines in the bar, should you wish to look at your excellent view and relax. I highly recommend the stay."

"ALL hotel staff were incredibly helpful. The location is 5 mins away from the tram and 1 min from a grocery store. So easy to get into the main part of the city by tram that is every 10-15 mins. Trams are free on Saturday and the line goes to Gare Rue Verte which is the stop for Rouen Rive Droit the train line from Paris. The A/C in the room was great. The breakfast which was included was more than sufficient with lots of choices (eggs, cereal, meat, cheese, yoghurt, fruit etc.) The hotel restaurant is okay for a quick pizza if you don't want to go to the restaurants. They will also heat up a frozen meal for you if you buy it at the grocery store. The biggest issue was the Wifi. It is a public wifi (which is fine) There is some kind of security issue with an expired security certificate, so you cannot use a VPN. Which is a huge issue if you want to do remote work. I was able to go down to the Starbucks at Saint Sever mall ground floor) and use their wifi for the price of coffee. The hotel staff tried their best with giving me suggestions of coworking places (but they were all quite expensive)"

"Non suelement il n'y avait pas d'air climatisé, mais il n'y avait pas pas de ventilateur. J'ai dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Les moustiques s'en sont donnés àcoeur joie. Par contre, le personnel a été très gentil, j'étais au 6ièmeétage et ils m'ont donné une autre chambre au 2ième étage. Il faissait moins chaud, mais pas pour la peine."
