"Very dissatisfied I lost my 1st night I don't have access this is hostal is not hotel I call 3 diferent numbers and no body responds I have to walk a way and pay another hotel terrible service not coming back and I don't recommend to come here "

The staff was friendly and they were not short staffed like many other places. The pool bar makes the best Pina Colada's in PV in my opinion."
