"The cabin #7, even though it was across the street from the lake had an incredible view, and there isn't much traffic on the road. If you prefer to be in a cabin on the lake side of the road be sure to inquire ahead of time. There are only a few cabins and some have much better views than others. The bed in our cabin was very nice and comfy. The gas fireplace was really nice. We do feel like the cabins need a facelift. Especially new carpet (the carpet was very old and worn) or better yet wood floors. That would appear and feel cleaner. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we sure enjoyed our stay. Also, the restaurant across the street has delicious clam chowder as well as several kinds of salmon. We had the dill salmon and really enjoyed it."
