"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The hospitality and service from everyone at the hotel was outstanding. We enjoyed our room - plenty spacious, warm fireplace, comfy bed. Our booking included breakfast, which was the best breakfast I’ve had at an American hotel - fresh food, protein options, fruit, etc. reminded me of a European hotel breakfast. The spa was under construction during our visit, otherwise we would have loved to try a couples massage. Instead we booked at the Stein Erickson across the street - a pricier spa experience than the Chateaux would have been, but well worth it. We will have to come back when all renovations are complete! "

The kitchen is very well stocked, which made cooking and hosting our celebrations easy and enjoyable.Alison and Randy attentiveness to small details made our stay feel truly comfortable and communication was smooth and reassuring.The location of the house is excellent, just a short walk to the ski lifts and nearby restaurants. "Absolutely amazing!! I have traveled the world extensively and my husband and I conclude that this is the nicest place we have ever experienced. The staff are at your beck and call! They start your fire, wash your clothes, help make reservations. Offer free shuttles. Are prompt to bring our car around. Free phone chargers , Molton brown amenities. I 100% recommend this hotel!"
