"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The hospitality and service from everyone at the hotel was outstanding. We enjoyed our room - plenty spacious, warm fireplace, comfy bed. Our booking included breakfast, which was the best breakfast I’ve had at an American hotel - fresh food, protein options, fruit, etc. reminded me of a European hotel breakfast. The spa was under construction during our visit, otherwise we would have loved to try a couples massage. Instead we booked at the Stein Erickson across the street - a pricier spa experience than the Chateaux would have been, but well worth it. We will have to come back when all renovations are complete! "

"Everything was fantastic and over the top. The only reason I rated the skiing is poor, was because there was no skiing due to no snow at the beginning of the season. But we had a great time."

The kitchen is very well stocked, which made cooking and hosting our celebrations easy and enjoyable.Alison and Randy attentiveness to small details made our stay feel truly comfortable and communication was smooth and reassuring.The location of the house is excellent, just a short walk to the ski lifts and nearby restaurants. Being so close to everything allowed us to relax and enjoy our time without worrying about long drives or parking.Overall, this is a fabulous place to stay, and I definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. "Absolutely amazing!! I have traveled the world extensively and my husband and I conclude that this is the nicest place we have ever experienced. The staff are at your beck and call! They start your fire, wash your clothes, help make reservations. Offer free shuttles. Are prompt to bring our car around. Free phone chargers , Molton brown amenities. I 100% recommend this hotel!"
