It’s just alright

It was alright. The pool was SUPER cold (almost too cold to swim in), and the continental breakfast was practically gone by 7:30 (it started at 6:30 and went until 9:30). The rooms were alright.

My stay was great, traveled for work for a week, they picked up my bed almost every day, and change the trash and gave me new towels, my next door person was a little loud, but other then that, i felt save and pleasant stay, would stay again.

They had work in progress during our stay that closed off part of the parking lot. We were unaware that this would be going on during our stay -- we would have reconsidered our stay if we had known. Also we would have expected to pay less considering the inconvenience, but the rate was higher than we had paid before. The bed pillows were flimsy and the air conditioner was quite loud. The TV had limited channels, but the desk staff was able to reset it when we asked about it. Their listing also said there was a hot tub in the pool area -- there was not.

Only problem was housekeeping picked up our towels after the first night but didn't replace them so we had to go to the front desk. They were short by one hand towel. We also had a fire alarm get triggered about 10:15 pm - took a little while to settle back down.
