Quality room and hotel! I have stayed here a few times now and each time the room is spotless. Breakfast selections are also great. This time, I specifically want to mention Lane at the front desk who assisted when my reservation was missing. Excellent Stay

Check-in was quick and friendly. Mary and Layne were very kind and helpful. Room was already cool and very clean. Bathroom had plenty of towels. They had hot breakfast (eggs and sausage) with an adequate selection of other breakfast foods. I was very pleased with my room and service and plan on staying here again for future work trips.

The vending machines look really nice, but they don’t work. They charged my card 8x. I called the hotel to figure out what happened. The first gentleman dismissed it, and said it wasn’t a big deal. They’ll just “fall off”. I waited a week, and they didn’t. I called back again and talked to the GM. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking. She seemed so bothered that I called about something so minuscule. I will have to wait weeks for them to do anything. The stay itself was okay. The pool was broken. The lady at check in was the only staff member that was welcoming and kind.
