"From the moment we entered the hotel and we checked in we knew we made the wrong decision to booking at this hotel. Decor was not we were expecting. The person at the check in desk didn’t find our reservation but was not even kind to communicate with us. She seemed rude and mad. Elevators had a weird decoration with strange pictures.
