"The kitchen, bathroom and all fixtures of the apoartment are good. The apartment is let down by a number of minor- easy to recify- items.There is no dining table and chairs- you have to eat at breakfast bar with high stools. There are no bedside tables for lamps etc. There is no coffee table,The apartment would be revolutionised if the owners spect Euro 600 on furniture.I would still recommend the apartment, Great location with a great view."

"The cows and their bells when they are around are a dream. The big balcony is top, not only for eating but also for exercising with the yoga math. Also many possibilities for walks, excursions, good local products. Really nice nature (trees,rocks, flowers) and landscapes in the region. "nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans l appartement Ocimes. l'appartement est spacieux, tres bien equipé et joliment décoré. l'appartement etait impeccable, tres tres propre, avec les lits faits a notre arrivee. tres bien situé dans le centre de la station, entre esf, sherpa le telesiege et l' animation. Elisa et Matthieu ont été charmants et disponibles quand nous avons eu besoin dune cle en plus. je n'hesiterai pas refaire appel a leurs services et a relouer cet appartement."

"This is a perfect option for Annecy- situated on the lake within walking distance to the Plage des Marquisats and also to the historic centre. The hotel is very well maintained and the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the terrace bar overlooking the lake, and the pool. If you have a car, parking is very conveniently situated on the premises."

"Parking was a bit stressful, when you arrive you are supposed to phone a number to get the entrance code - not possible if you don't have a French operating phone. The entrance was also tiny and a little tricky to navigate. Plenty of space in the room itself but it was a little run down and didn't look like the photos. Loved the free coffee and hot chocolate downstairs though :) overall a pleasant stay and brilliant location."

"We stayed here for two nights with our 9 year old daughter. The hotel, staff and room was immaculate and very comfortable. The design of the room was beautiful and the windows opened on to a beautiful park - just lovely. Two things I did not love: The hotel only provided two coffee pods for the coffee maker and the staff was VERY hesitant (extremely resistant) to giving extra - and the limitation of the pools to adults only. The best pools were upstairs and outside and my daughter was not allowed in either - despite the fact that she is well behaved and the staff could have asked us to left had that not been the case - those two things were disappointing."

"The room was furnished with 2 single beds and a queen size bed. Mattresses very comfortable, bedding clean. The bathroom was a little tight and outdated. I would definitely stay again. Very close to town center. Parking de Poste is very close underground parking and inexpensive for 24 hours."
