Casa Decu is beautiful and such a lovely place to stay and relax. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The rooftop area is especially beautiful and there is an excellent continental breakfast as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice and unique hotel, loved the complimentary coffee and alternating water/ soda/ alcoholic beverages in the lobby.the one issue I had was that I choose and paid full price for the balcony suite. Well I was expecting there is a balcony or a full size window resembling a balcony, I just wanted a room that looked like the picture for the “balcony suite” on Expedia . But I got 2 ordinary windows, one in each room. Not a big deal, but I paid for something I did not get. That was disappointing but after arriving on a red eye flight and waiting 6 hours for check in, by the time I got in the room,I was too tired. I just didn’t care to complain anymore.

Pros:
- A very convenient location, close to the Anthropology Museum
- The staff is very nice and helpful
- Great views from the top floors
Cons:
- The breakfast is downright inedible. We had breakfast included and after the first day opted for going out and eating in one of the numerous nearby cafes
- It was hard for us to get a good night sleep. The sound insolation is bad and so, the first two rows of the rooms adjacent to elevator are very noisy (and you can hear people walking above you). During the last night the battery in the smoke detector ran out and it started chirping at 3AM.

The staff is extremely friendly and respectful. The room was spacious, well kept, amenities provided, safe neighborhood, outstanding restaurants walking distance, & plenty of pharmacies close by. There is also a Starbucks across the street but there is coffee/juice bar downstairs next to a yoga gym. The restaurant downstairs under the hotel is outstanding with great music and drinks, indoors or outdoors. The courtyard is absolutely spacious, filled with a beautiful garden to drink your coffee.

"Good stage and conforable hotel, but the many buildings were under maintenance for several months so the experience was very limited, not so much restaurant options, no spa nor bar and even lobby was under construction.
