"Great way to spend a night in Madrid! Cutw little apartment. Kitchen was very well stocked, furniture was great, plenty of supplies. Aircon was nice. Bathroom was super clean. And very easy train trip to Puerta del Sol. The second bed is a little too small for two adults to share, but we would stay at this location again!"

"Communication was lacking. We rang the bell when we got there and no answer. The neighbor let us in. But we had the code for the lockbox to get our key so we didn’t need much after that. No communication from the property manager other than the initial info to get in. The place had everything we needed. The kitchen was difficult to cook in. The stove is so close to the refrigerator that the pan doesn’t actually fit on the burner. And it doesn’t get very hot so cooking food was a challenge....

"I found the property to be very clean and comfortable. The property owner kept in touch throughout my time always making sure that everything was OK. Owner also provided information about nearby restaurants and supermarkets. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location of the property was near everything that we were interested in checking out i.e. downtown Madrid, and the outlying cities of Toledo, Segovia, Avila, etc.."

"The photos of the property look splendid. But please don’t be fooled, these photos must have been taken a long time ago. Upon arrival the property smelt like a cigar shop and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The property is furnished as shown in the photos, but clearly wear and tear has had a massive effect since. It’s in need of new furniture and a re paint. The hosts were very very unhelpful. Didn’t check to see if we had checked in okay, no communication at all. The apartments key is...

"Perfect spot to recuperate and recharge after the flight from Canada. Comfortable, close to the park, cafes and metro. Well equipped including laundry and small patio. Just what we needed. Now off to do the Camino!"

"The apartment is great. Having 2 bathrooms for our family of 4 is wonderful. Many grocery stores, restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as metro station. About 30 min with 1 transfer to the center of Madrid. Communicating with property managers was a bit of a challenge in English. But no big issues."
