"very convenient for station and ferry terminal. Please be aware though, this is a very noisy hotel so don't book if you are a light sleeper. The window was single glazed and the room overlooks a very busy street that seemed to be the epicentre of local nightlife with crowds in the street and live music from nearby bars. "We were very disappointed in the service . We informed them we would be late arriving ( after services closed) due to change of flight .when w E arrived , no key , no code to get a key , nothing . Several text messages went unanswered, phone calls went to an answering machine. Finally we had to find other accommodation at midnight . Next morning no reply from them until after midday when. "This is an unstaffed hotel, but communication e.g. to reply to my questions, worked very well. Everything worked as it should. The room was comfortable. The neighbouring cafe available for breakfast was nice - they also looked after my luggage for a few hours for a small charge."

Excellence in Bari

"Thank you for a wonderful stay in Bari. Really easy to find, across the road from the rear entrance of Bari Centrale station, just past Lidl. The room was clean and tidy, with comfy bed, fully functioning A/C, and a very handy fridge and kettle. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of hot and cold options, sweet & savoury, and great coffee. Some nice touches, such as a welcome drink and nibbles in the bar on the first evening. Also a free to use coffee machine and other drinks available in the bar area during the day. The hotel was a perfect base for exploring other parts of Puglia by train.... Monopoli, Polignano, Ostuni, Lecce, Locorotondo, Alberobello, and Matera. And of course, Bari itself, especially the old town and harbour. "
