"The listing doesn’t make it clear but this is a private room in a shared apartment with shared bathroom facility. It wasn’t a problem for me but it was a surprise, especially at this price. You also aren’t told that check-in is in a separate building (in this case down the street). My room only had a small window opening onto the stairwell by the front door so it wasn’t always quiet. The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator featuring a sign saying don’t panic, elevator is slow. Check...

"Practical, it's near the main train station. Walkable to the main attractions too. It's all self service but no problem at all. We were provided with water cooker and assorted teas but the coffee capsule did not really work as it should be!"

"Room and service were excellent, but there was a very disconcerting issue with checking in, probably because we were through a 3rd party booking service and not directly with the business. In the end it all worked out and the room was very nice."

"First impression of the room was really nice and check in went smoothly. There was some footprints in the bathroom indicating it was not completely clean but that was the only thing about cleanliness. There were a few places where the tiles were broken but otherwise nice. It is VERY loud. So bring earplugs!"

"My wife and myself love this area of Bari. It gives us easy access to the station for day trips. We love the balcony which is high enough above the street not to have too much noise. We found the rooms & beds comfortable which made for a good night's sleep."

"Very noisy during night, room clean and bathroom. Connection by what up writing only. Proposition for parking 19m minutes from hotel walking. Old part of city beautiful. Nobody to talk only text messigaes. "

Excellence in Bari

"Thank you for a wonderful stay in Bari. Really easy to find, across the road from the rear entrance of Bari Centrale station, just past Lidl. The room was clean and tidy, with comfy bed, fully functioning A/C, and a very handy fridge and kettle. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of hot and cold options, sweet & savoury, and great coffee. Some nice touches, such as a welcome drink and nibbles in the bar on the first evening. Also a free to use coffee machine and other drinks available in the bar area during the day. The hotel was a perfect base for exploring other parts of Puglia by train.... Monopoli, Polignano, Ostuni, Lecce, Locorotondo, Alberobello, and Matera. And of course, Bari itself, especially the old town and harbour. "
