Beautiful place for a family stay. The room is a lovely villa overlooking a small artificial lake, and breakfast was served directly to the room in its own cozy dining area. The recreational areas are excellent, including a charming horse area that adds a special touch to the experience.

Very spacious accommodation with mini kitchen, excellent place for just relaxing in a quiet spacious setting. Feels more like a country club than a hotel. Staff were incredible, very helpful in whatever was requested.

This place is next level! We booked it as we had 1 night in Quito before flying back to the UK and it was superb. The staff could not have been more helpful & the facilities were top notch. Our room was immaculate & we had a balcony on the lake where we saw so much wildlife including some quite rare birds. We were able to check out late & use the facilities until we needed to head to the airport and we had a wonderful relaxed afternoon by the outdoor pool. The food and drinks were delicious. A glorious setting and the perfect relaxing end to an amazing holiday.

I was not notified of a horrible techno music festival taking place directly outside my room. From around 8 pm, until 2 am on the morning of December 22, my entire room was shaking from the loud bass. The music is so loud that even with ear plugs I was unable to sleep. The hotel or Expedia should have notified me of this and I will be expecting a refund. To anyone reading this, it is hard to describe how loud the music is, perhaps if I went to bed behind the speakers at my local techno nightclub, I might have a similarly awful experience. I was simply looking for a quiet weekend at a polo resort which promised a unique experience. Instead I suffering through a sleepless night that I am paying for. This is without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I cannot express what a terrible experience this has been.

This hotel is located as part of the Polo Club in Quito. It is nestled in a quiet location of Quito that is accessible through a circuitous route along minor roads (from the airport). The rooms were enormous, like 20' x 40' with vaulted ceilings with a very old world charm of brick walls and beamed ceilings. Classic furnishings with a big fireplace make the space unique. There is a bit of funkiness to the overall space but very clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, both Jonathon and the rest of the staff. Jonathon was a standout because he took the time to show us the amazing grounds including state of art gym, two pools, equestrian facility where you witness the true beauty of this competitive polo ponies. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous where you can watch horsemen practice their skills with their steeds. We ate a dinner in the hotel which was very tasty and includes a huge breakfast as part of the package. This was a truly memorable experience, WONDERFUL!

Loved the beautiful room with kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the food fantastic. Awesome gym, with paddle courts, tennis and pickle ball. Fantastic to watch the Polo too. Loved the 3 Swimming pools.
