"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Love the layout of the room. It was comfy and well equipped. WiFi was good. There was a large chip on the front edge of the desk so the condition could be better. The water in the swimming pool made all our eyes sting, I think there’s too much chlorine in it."

"Lavender Cottage is the perfect home away from home. We had a wonderful weekend there, with trips into Bradford upon Avon a nice 15 minute walk away and into Bath using the very convenient train station in Bradford upon Avon. The house was comfortable, beautifully decorated and so well appointed the kitchen had everything we needed from cooking breakfast feasts to cheese and nibbles, they even had champagne flutes! Only wish we had stayed for longer!"

"Delightful cottage retreat, exactly as described! We ate in by the fire on our first and last evening, and walked to the pub on our second evening across the way in 11 minutes! We were well rewarded there with a beautiful old building, and lovely food and staff.Our stay was perfect and catered for our every need. Thank you!"
