"I made a booking through hotels.com. I then received check in instructions from Dancenter, which is a holiday agent in Denmark.
As the booking was done through hotels.com I expected the stay to be fully paid, but when arriving at the property it was clear that on top of the hotels.com price I had to pay for electricity, water and heating. This was not explained on hotels.com.
Arriving at the property I discovered that there was no bedding, so I had to go to the local supermarket and buy bedding....

"Für unsere 3 Tage ist es ok. Für mehr noch nicht. 1 Restaurant, 1 schlecht sortierter EDEKA und noch nicht mal eine Eisdiele. Ein Fischbistro am kläglichen Strand, was nicht dauerhaft geöffnet war und das an der See. Da muss noch was passieren, wenn das noch ein 5* Resort werden möchte"
