"The room was ideal with a walk in shower and as my husband and I are both disabled it was very comfortable indeed. The staff got us a second comfortable chair when I asked for one as there was only one in the room, this seems to be the usual furnishing in any hotel we have used, to have only one easy chair, however it is the first time we have had one of the staff run and get us another one right away. The food was first class and the staff were very attentive and helpful and accomodating . Some of our family were also staying there and they arrived too late for the evening meal and the staff got them a platter of sandwiches and salad . I highly recommend this hotel and we would stay there again ."

"Just back from a 2 night stay in the Wee House and it was fabulous. Great location looking out over the water, clean, well equipped and cozy especially with the fire lit! We have always wanted to visit Pennan since seeing Local Hero and it didn’t disappoint. It’s a central base for exploring the villages on that coast and near Troup Head with amazing bird life. Definitely recommend a stay - thanks for sharing your lovely cottage!"

"The accommodation was exactly as the photos suggested it would be. Sue is a very friendly and attentive host; she provided me with plenty of tips and information. I felt very much at home in her cottage. The view of the sea was outstanding. It was also wonderful to simply spend a day relaxing at the house or in the garden without any specific plans. The accommodation was equipped with everything necessary—and then some. It is a lovingly furnished cottage featuring many thoughtful little touches. It was the perfect vacation for unwinding and de-stressing. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a truly wonderful time! I have rarely been able to spend my birthday in such a relaxed way."
